The benefits of running are huge, it can eliminate depression, reduce stress, build confidence, help you loose weight, prevent disease and improves your general health. You also get to meet people who are like minded, who encourage you every week to reach your goals. We are a local friendly group who just love running. We are all volunteers and make the sessions fun and lighthearted for everyone.
