Coming to Lanark March 2023!

Lanark Amateur Musical Society (LAMS)have announced their 2023 production as the Broadway-smash LEGALLY BLONDE The Musical, taking place in Lanark Memorial Hall in March 2023. Based on the popular movie, LEGALLY BLONDE The Musical follows the transformation of Elle Woods, a sorority girl who enrols at Harvard Law to win back her former boyfriend. Along the way she tackles stereotypes, snobbery, and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. Throughout the show, very few characters have faith in Elle, but she manages to surprise them when she defies expectations while staying true to herself. Melissa Reilly, LAMS President commented “LAMS cannot wait to bring this upbeat, funny and heart-warming show to the stage of the Memorial Hall. This will be our first full-scale production since the pandemic began.
