Family-run business ALJ Work & Leisurewear is based in Lanark's Bloomgate

ALJ provides: Embroidery, Heatseal printing, Schoolwear – plain and with logos, Workwear, healthcare, PPE, Dancewear and Club uniforms. 

With their own embroidery machines (which can be seen working in the window), ALJ supplies all your personalised items & uniform requirements - for work, school, clubs, gifts.

ALJ have been in business for 27 years and offer advice along with a helpful, personal service. 

The premises have just finished being refurbished (thank you John Kinloch) to accommodate the embroidery machines and also to make it permanently COVID friendly so the customers feel even more safe shopping here.  

All of ALJ's suppliers are UK based and they use other Lanark based companies whenever possible. ALJ is also conscious to use suppliers who are environmentally aware, for example Rowlinsons Schoolwear who have been awarded Certified B Corporation.
