If so, we have some tasty opportunities for Team Leaders at Border. ​About the Role We are looking for a Team Leader for our weekend Bakery Team . Hours: 24 hours over Saturday and Sunday Contract Type: Permanent ​As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day co-ordination of your team within the bakery. You will take ownership for the achievement of KPI's and will ensure adherence to company H&S, Hygiene and conduct procedures. Great communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work well with others throughout the business.​ As we are the leading supplier of premium biscuits in Scotland, quality is important to us. We are looking for individuals with an eye for detail, who will always work in line with our high quality standards. About Border At Border, we are a family run business who, since 1984, have been making Beautifully Crafted Biscuits. We produce the number one chocolate ginger biscuit in the UK. Our amazing biscuits are produced for many major supermarkets, retailers and businesses not only in the UK, but internationally.
