Lanark’s Christmas festivities kick off with the eagerly awaited return of Lanark Christmas Market on Saturday 20th November!

Enjoy browsing your favourite festive stalls, selling everything from food & drink to clothes & toys, and drop into your local shops for those extra special gifts. 

There’s lots of fantastic live entertainment lined up too. From the wonderful sounds of a traditional brass band to upbeat New Orleand jazz, there's plenty of festive music to tap your toes to. And the kids will love the many festive characters wandering the streets providing fun for all the family from lunchtime onwards. 

As the afternoon draws to a close, see the town’s festive decorations light up and the Christmas tree come to life with its sparkly new lights and decorations, sponsored by Rotary Club of Lanark
